Admissions during-rehab

The process is simple and kept under wraps

You will receive a cordial welcome when you are admitted to our clinic for treatment. We have provisions to accommodate for new admissions within a day of booking although we advise that people pre-book in advance.

Referrals are recognized from a healthcare professional, the client and a loved one. We will ensure that our team is ready to receive you once the booking is confirmed.

When you arrive at the clinic you'll meet the clinical team and you'll be escorted around to offer you the chance to get to know the facility's layout. In addition to a schedule of therapy meetings, you will be given a welcome pack that will help you get familiar with everything you should know about Sanctuary Lodge and your stay here. Please call us when you cannot travel to our clinic on your own.

First 24 Hours Upon Admission

We will organize for you to meet our detox expert psychiatrist during your first day with us.

A complete evaluation will be performed here about your psychological and medical treatment requirements. A full detox regimen will be prescribed if required. The detox will then be conducted and administered under stringent procedures by our medical health experts.

Please remember that you are supposed to bring any medications that you may have been taking, as well as giving us details of your doctor's surgery.

The psychiatrist will emphasize any parts of your treatment where a specialist is needed and then make suggestions. We will make sure that any suggestion or recommendation is factored into your treatment plan because it is of utmost importance to us that your treatment needs are fully met during your stay at the facility. Our clinical director, medical personnel and counsellors will then regularly review your treatment plan to make sure that you always get the top care.

Our hospitable employees will then assist you in settling in once your evaluation is done. Our staff are always available to offer reassurance, give advice and help in all matters especially because we recognize that this is a trying and worrisome time for most people.
